Service · Interior fit-out
Full-cycle interior construction
We take single-point responsibility for the interior - from strip-out to handover - under one project manager.
Approach
Full-cycle interior fit-out means one accountable party through every stage - from strip-out to the handover pack. The project manager coordinates every trade, keeps a written quality log, and issues a weekly photo report without the client having to chase it.
We do not split a crew across concurrent sites. The team stays on your project until handover is signed. That discipline takes unpredictability out of finishing: pace, material delivery, and stage acceptance all move to the same rhythm.
Workflow
Seven clearly bounded stages with fixed acceptance points.
- 01
Site walk and survey
On-site review, measurement, and scope capture. A written technical summary is issued within five working days.
- 02
Specification and materials
Materials chosen with the client - tiles, paints, floor coverings. Samples on the table, not from a catalogue.
- 03
Fixed quote and programme
Final price by stage, programme by week. No price ranges, no advance payment.
- 04
Strip-out and preparation
Load-bearing verification, removal of old layers, substrate preparation. Waste handling documented.
- 05
Build cycle
Structure, M&E first fix, drywall, skim, paint, floor. Each stage ends on a checklist.
- 06
Acceptance and snagging
Internal snag list closed before the client walks the site. Written outstanding items with due dates.
- 07
Handover and aftercare
Twelve-month warranty deed, parts register, maintenance manual. A six-month follow-up visit is included.
Materials and standards
Material decisions happen before purchase - not on site when choice is constrained.
Plasterwork to Q3
Q3-grade finish on every visible surface. Q4 (for grazed lighting) on request.
Floor flatness to SR1
Before any finish install, the floor is measured to SR1 (3 mm under a 2 m straightedge) and recorded.
Paints and coatings
We prefer mineral and low-VOC systems. Nitrocellulose lacquers are excluded internally for air-quality reasons.
Product documentation
Each material Declaration of Performance (DoP) is archived and handed over at completion.
What you receive at handover
Handover transfers written documentation, not only keys.
- 01Signed acceptance act and snag-closure plan
- 02As-built drawings (PDF)
- 03Material DoP documentation and colour references
- 04Product warranty register and service contacts
- 05Operating and maintenance manual in English
- 06Twelve-month written warranty on site works
- 07Six-month follow-up visit at no extra cost
